Melinda Milheim

Founder & Lead Instructor / Curriculum Developer

Melinda Milheim is an Army veteran and award-winning Defense Acquisition University (DAU) instructor who is redefining what corporate training can be.

She doesn’t just teach concepts — she transforms how professionals experience them. Drawing on her law degree, MBA studies, and extensive psychology coursework, along with years of real-world business experience — including more than $7.7 billion in federal contracts across the Navy, Department of Health and Human Services/Indian Health Service, and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency — Melinda designs programs that merge behavioral science, communication strategy, and leadership practice into one powerful learning experience.

Her courses go beyond rules and frameworks to uncover the why behind the how — helping professionals think critically, lead smarter, sharpen judgment, and protect their organizations and themselves.

Known for her energetic, research-driven teaching style, she blends neuroscience-backed learning techniques with real-world insight to make even the most complex topics engaging and unforgettable. Her reputation for turning mandatory training into transformational experiences has earned her multiple awards for both instruction and course design.

At Christopher Zebra International, Melinda teaches the psychology and strategy behind exceptional performance — from negotiation, influence, and body language to confidence, critical thinking, leadership, and communication. Her mission is simple: to help professionals perform at their highest level — thinking sharper, leading smarter, and creating results that last.

Founder & Lead Instructor / Curriculum Developer

Robb Milheim brings over 30 years of combined military and federal service — including two decades in Army Special Operations — to his work at Christopher Zebra International.

A former member of the 75th Ranger Regiment and U.S. Army Special Forces, Robb has trained U.S. and international military personnel, law enforcement officers, and partner-nation teams across the globe. He also served as an instructor at the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, where he led and managed the Special Forces Assessment & Selection (SFAS) program — the rigorous gateway for America’s most elite soldiers. His leadership in that program was featured in the Discovery Channel documentary Two Weeks in Hell, offering a rare look inside the science of human performance under extreme stress.

After retiring from active duty, Robb continued his service as a federal civilian with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force, specializing in personnel, industrial, and information security programs — protecting both people and missions at the highest levels of government.

At Christopher Zebra International, Robb applies the same principles of elite training, adaptability, and mental toughness to the world of professional development. His programs explore leadership, decision-making under pressure, and team performance through the lens of psychology and experience — helping individuals and organizations build resilience, focus, and trust when it matters most.
